Returns Policy

We accept returns on unworn and unwashed T-shirts within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to return an item, please ensure it is in its original condition with all tags attached.

Custom Orders: As each T-shirt is made to order with custom designs, we cannot accept returns for items that have been personalised (e.g., names, specific event logos).
Non-Defective Items: If the T-shirt is the wrong size or if you simply changed your mind, you can return it for a store credit or exchange, but we are unable to offer a refund for the original payment.

How to Return Your Item

  1. Request a Return:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at schoolevent.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the process.
  2. Pack Your Item:
    Ensure that the T-shirt is in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Carefully package it in the same box or a secure, padded envelope to prevent damage during shipping.
  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your T-shirt for a different size or design, please follow the steps above for a return and place a new order for the desired item. You can exchange your item within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will process your request:

  • Refunds are issued for defective or incorrectly shipped items.
  • Store credits are issued for returned items that are not defective.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the return.


Please note: We do not offer refunds on shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your T-shirt arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a full refund, replacement, or store credit for the defective item.

To report a damaged item:

  • Email us at schoolevent.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
  • We will arrange a return and replacement at no extra cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel orders before they are processed, but once the T-shirt has entered the production stage, it cannot be cancelled.
